At Seishin we teach karate to 6-11 year olds through our 'Punching Panda Self-Defence Programme'. The class is all about learning through fun!
For children aged up to 8 years we ask that parent watch or join in for a trial period.
Teenagers and adults

Karate is one of the only activities where you can participate as a family.
